What is MEE?

Moscow Expat Events produces small, hosted gatherings — 5 to 25 people — at restaurants, bars, and cultural spaces we choose ourselves. We manage the reservations, host the evening, and make the introductions.

Good people. Good places. No awkward networking. That’s the whole idea.

More about us

Three reasons to come

Curated, not crowded

Smaller gatherings — usually 5 to 25 people — designed for real conversation, not business cards.

Discover somewhere worth returning to

Independent restaurants, bars, and cultural spaces we select ourselves and genuinely want to go back to.

Arrive alone without feeling alone

Welcoming hosts, handled introductions, and a community built around meeting new people.

How an evening works

  1. Find an event that feels right

Dinners, culture nights, socials — pick the format, not just the date.

  2. Reserve your place

A short form. We confirm every place personally by email.

  3. Meet the hosts at the venue

You are greeted by name and introduced. The table does the rest.

  4. Open the event offer

Where a venue runs Live Shelf, order from your phone and use the event benefit.

  5. Stay connected

One good evening usually leads to the next. We keep you posted.
