Reservations

Reserving a place through this website is a request to attend. Every place is confirmed personally by email. Where an event has a price, it is shown in rubles on the event page; no payments are taken through this website at this time.

Cancellations

Plans change — we get it. Each event page states its cancellation expectations. As a rule: if you can no longer attend, cancel as early as you can so your seat can go to someone else. Repeated no-shows may affect future reservations. If MEE cancels an event, everyone registered is contacted directly.

At the venue

Events take place at independent venues. Food, drinks, and service are provided by the venue and paid to the venue; MEE curates and hosts the gathering but is not the seller of the venue’s goods and services. Venue offers and benefits are specific to each event and are listed on the event page — only what is listed applies.

Community conduct

MEE gatherings are built on being welcoming. Hosts may decline or end the participation of anyone who makes other guests feel unsafe or unwelcome.

Live Shelf

Where available, the Live Shelf ordering experience is operated by our technology partner Staffless and by the venue. Its use is optional and subject to their terms.
